This website is operated by Evermore Cards. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Evermore Cards.

1. Our products
Evermore Cards sells greeting cards and related products. We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your delivery address, is accurate.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
3. Prices and payment
Product prices and applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout.
4. Production and delivery
Our cards are printed to order. Estimated delivery times are provided on our website or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If there is a significant problem or delay with your order, please contact us.
5. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
6. Personalised products
Where we offer personalised products, customers are responsible for checking personalised information such as names, messages and spelling before submitting an order.
Products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised may not have the normal change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

The Evermore Cards name, branding, card designs, graphics and original content on this website belong to Evermore Cards or are used with appropriate permission. They must not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
